Shane and Larissa created this blog to help others in areas that they are passionate about.

In this blog they discuss bringing fun back into the Kitchen with good food and easy recipes with real ingredients. In turn they combine their recipes with fitness to help people stay healthy.

They discuss health and fitness in ways that will help get you motivated to be healthy and stay healthy and inspire people to get outdoors with their love of adventure and sports.

Larissa was diagnosed with Graves disease in 2014. Doctors encouraged her to decrease stress. Only a small percentage of people go into remission from Graves Disease. This blog shows you what Larissa did to help lower her stress and go into remission.
